Competition - City Designer

Welcome to a new competition in Ankh Corporation!

This time we are calling all City Designers to step forward and show your bests skills in the art of functional arquitecture.

There are two disciplines to compete for, described below. There's no entry fee and everyone in Ankh Corporation is welcome to participate. We'll also accept non Ankh members to participate in this competition with a small fee charge.



- City Designer

Starting from a clean slab design a medical city.
Must have at least 4 labs, 1 warehouse, 2 silos; Employment Rate (ER) at least 1.3


- City Remodeler

Starting from any of our cities, propose demolision plan in order to construct 1 laboratory.
Must keep any existing hospital, laboratory, refinery, factory, warehouse, conference centre; and keep Employment Rate (ER) at least 1.3

Price for the winners

We offer Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.

Gold	Brand new ship + 1,000,000cr
Silver	1x Medical Room Pack + 500,000cr
Bronze	250,000cr

Rules, Terms and Conditions

• Participants have 7 days to investigate and propose your ideas
  
• There will be judges analysing the proposals, the winners will be notified within 5 days after competition close
  
• For challenge #1, cities with more labs will have higher chances to win
  
• Please send the ideas to Tom Krusher, he'll compile them and send to the judges
  
• Participants can send ideas for both disciplines, but only one proposal will be accepted per contest
  
• Amends can be made after you have submitted your proposal. Judges will allow accept only one amend per discipline

Once you finish click in the 'Output URL' button and send me the link. Try not posting the proposals here, for obvious reasons.

I remember for the city designer,it was awfully tough to make a rate of 1.3 ER with 5-6 (i don't remeber exactly) laboratory!

I can't see the link and i want to see what the other winners made.So can you put the OUT format?

I support you in seeing the other designs, so we learn a little more

Yeah i know,but i was just curious.
Curiosity is one of my greatest default.

.... and I salute those with curiosity!

But unfortunately have to say, the number of replies were limited.

I received lots of interest, but just a few replies. Most of them are those listed above, but I'll have another look in my messages and post other suggested cities.
